"Time’s Echo is a book with enormous ambitions. That it achieves them, in fact overleaps them, is astonishing."

The Big Issue, the UK’s iconic street newspaper—which advocates for, and is sold by, those experiencing homelessness—discussed Time’s Echo twice in 2023.

On October 19th, editor Paul McNamee wrote a column about the book under the headline “As war rages, music forces us to confront political complexity.”

Then on December 20th, books editor Jane Graham chose Time’s Echo as Book of the Year, in a column that also featured a note from the author. Graham wrote, “Time’s Echo is a book with enormous ambitions. That it achieves them, in fact overleaps them, is astonishing.”

The publication is raising funds for its vendors through winter support kits. We hope you will consider purchasing one.
